Caption Copy

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 26, 2026. Operated by TQ Tech.

The service

Caption Copy lets you paste a link to a public Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube post and copy the caption, title, description, or tags as text. The iPhone app, the Android app, and this website are provided by TQ Tech.

Public posts only

Use the tools with links you are allowed to access. Private, deleted, or login-only posts are not supported. Do not try to break rate limits, probe the service, or send links that are not public social posts.

No affiliation

Caption Copy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, or Google. Names are used only to describe which public links are supported.

Your content

Captions you copy may belong to someone else. You are responsible for how you reuse that text. TQ Tech does not claim ownership of captions returned by the tools.

License

TQ Tech grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Caption Copy. You may not copy the app, resell it, or use it to scrape captions at scale. The iPhone app is also licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

As available

The website and apps are provided as available. Public platforms can change their pages, so a caption may fail to load. We can change or stop the tools at any time.

Remove ads

Caption Copy is free with ads. An optional one-time purchase removes ads. On iPhone that purchase is made through Apple and can be restored on the same Apple Account from the paywall or Settings. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. Apple handles payment and refunds for that purchase. On Android the same unlock is a one-time Google Play purchase.
